Join Soil Not Oil at a lively panel discussion about where we are now, where we are headed, and how we can stay involved. This continues the conversation begun at their August conference, where we heard from activated individuals promoting and practicing scaleable, nature-based solutions to many of our pressing problems. This event is the first in a series of monthly events. Donations are requested (sliding scale from $5- $15); no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Bring your questions, ideas and insights.
As trees lose their leaves and autumn rains begin, we reflect on the summer: the craziness of the current presidency, the climate-change fueled devastating hurricanes and wildfires, the record-breaking heatwaves, mass migration, threats of nuclear war. We are at a crossroads in our society; we can turn to the earth and its abundance, or continue on the path of destruction.
